Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WeLivdIt, we provide online visa preparation services including profile analysis, DS-160 review, mock interview sessions, refusal analysis, and related guidance. Since our services involve time-based expert support and scheduled sessions, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment
Students are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel their plan within 24 hours of payment, provided that no session has been conducted during this period.
Refund request must be sent to the WeLivdIt team through WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
2. Full Support Plan Refund Policy
For students enrolled in the Full Support Plan:
- If the student cancels before any session is conducted and within 24 hours of payment, a 100% refund will be provided.
- If the student cancels after the first session has been conducted, ₹1,000 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- After the second session is conducted, no refund will be applicable.
3. Refusal Support Plan Refund Policy
For students enrolled in the Refusal Support Plan:
- If the student cancels before any session is conducted and within 24 hours of payment, a 100% refund will be provided.
- If the student cancels after the first session has been conducted, ₹1,500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- After the second session is conducted, no refund will be applicable.
4. Basic Support Plan Refund Policy
For students enrolled in the Basic Support Plan:
- If the student cancels before any session is conducted and within 24 hours of payment, a 100% refund will be provided.
- Once the first session is conducted, no refund will be applicable.
5. No Refund Cases
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- If the student has completed the eligible number of sessions under the selected plan.
- If the student misses a scheduled session without prior notice.
- If the student joins late and the session has already been counted as conducted.
- If the visa interview date has passed.
- If the student chooses not to continue after receiving guidance, feedback, analysis, or mock support.
- If the student is dissatisfied with the visa outcome, as WeLivdIt does not guarantee visa approval.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Students are expected to attend sessions at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance. WeLivdIt will try to accommodate genuine rescheduling requests based on mentor availability. However, repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, or missed sessions may result in the session being marked as completed.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
The refund will be made to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method, subject to payment gateway rules and applicable deductions.
8. Important Disclaimer
WeLivdIt provides preparation, analysis, feedback, and guidance based on the student's profile and available information. We do not guarantee visa approval, interview outcome, appointment availability, or any decision made by the embassy, consulate, or visa officer.
By purchasing any WeLivdIt plan, the student agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
