Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing
- No visa guarantee. Visa outcomes are decided solely by the consular officer. We do not refund based on a visa denial.
- Educational service. You're paying for our time, expertise, and materials — not for a specific outcome.
- No refund after service access. Once a session, mock interview, DS-160 review, or paid material has been delivered or accessed, the fee for that item is non-refundable.
1. When refunds ARE available
- Before any session is delivered: If you have paid but no session, mock, review, or paid material has been delivered or accessed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation by us: If we cannot deliver the service for any reason on our end, we will refund the unused portion in full.
2. When refunds are NOT available
- After any coaching session, mock interview, or DS-160 review has been conducted.
- After paid materials, recordings, or question banks have been shared with you.
- If your visa is denied, deferred, or administratively processed.
- If you miss a scheduled session without giving at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you change your mind about your university, intake, or travel plans after the service has begun.
- If you violate these terms or share our materials with others.
3. Rescheduling
You can reschedule a session free of cost if you give us at least 24 hours' notice on WhatsApp. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled time is treated as a missed session and is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@welivdit.com from the email used at purchase.
- Include your full name, payment date, Razorpay order/payment ID, and reason for the refund.
- We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving genuine issues quickly and fairly.
